Charter Day 2015

To commemorate the granting of the charter from King Charles II to William Penn in March 1681, which gave Penn the land that would become Pennsylvania, each year the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission holds an annual Charter Day.
To learn more and a list of museum that will be free, Sunday, March 8, 2105, I found this great article that explains what is Charter Day and why are some museums free.
