Well, it's been awhile since I kept you completely up-to-date on the latest sites and sounds of Philly. It's due to our newest addition to the "My Philadelphia" Family.

Saturday, December 31st - New Years eve in the Piazza. This year will mark the first NYE Party at the Piazza. 5 parties in one ticket. PYT, Gunners Run, Raw, Kings Oak and a 20,000 sq/ft heated tent covering the piazza. Estimated 3,000+ people.

Sugarhouse Casino presents Twice the Firework
Saturday, December 31st - Ring in 2012 with not one, but two fireworks shows on the Delaware River as SugarHouse Casino Presents Twice the Fireworks!
With shows at 6 p.m. and 12 midnight, you’ll have plenty of time to find perfect spot to watch the spectacular displays.

Countdown to Noon @ Please Touch Museum
Saturday, December 31, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The museum opens at 9:00 a.m. and holds “Noon Year” party activities with music and confetti. Countdowns take place two times this year at 12 noon and 1 p.m.

Franklin Square’s Kids’ New Year’s Eve Countdown
Saturday, December 31, 5-6:15pm
Join us for this kids’ version of the famous New Year’s Eve celebration with a dropping “square” in lieu of the famous ball, FREE


Philadelphia’s Mummers Parade and Fancy Brigade Finale presented by SugarHouse Casino
