PIFA Street Fair To Include Dance Flashmob and La Campagine Transe Express

This Saturday, April 30th, be part of the last few days of PIFA (Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts)  as they transform The Avenue of the Arts into a Parisian street fair with vendors, performers, musical entertainment and giant Ferris Wheel.  Don't forget to include PIFA Dance flashmob 1-2pm and routine performed by La Campagine Transe Express 100 feet in the air. A must see!
