The kitten that was left in the library book drop at Montgomery County library last week died Wednesday night due to multiple illnesses that could have been prevented if not dump in a steal box in 90 degree heat. This hits home because I was one of the officials that helped rescue the kitten.I hope SPCA's Human Authorities will continue to investigate this case.
