Center City's best bars and restaurants host the summer's happiest hour every Wednesday, from June 3 through August 26, 5-7 pm.
$4 cocktails, $3 wine, $2 beers and half-price appetizers, with some establishments even offering a 15% dinner discount after 7 pm.
