SAVE the Philadelphia Libraries!

Below is a invite I recieved on Facebook that I would like to sure with the rest of you.

Do you enjoy libraries?
We thought so!
Do you enjoy dancing?
Oh good!

Please join us at National Mechanics on Saturday, December 20th @ 9pm -2am to celebrate libraries and librarians and help to keep open the 11 branches of the Free Library of Philadelphia that are slated to close due to Nutter's budget cuts. We'll be spinning all the music you love the best -- hip-hop, motown, new wave, rock, twee, you name it! Come by and dance, and stay to sign petitions and partake in the fundraising opportunities available to help keep these libraries open.

Admission is FREE!!

All donations given at this event will benefit Friends of the Free Library of Philadelphia. Help us reach our goal of raising $2000 to save the libraries! Learn more about Friend of the Free Library here: http://www.libraryfriends.info/
