Campus Philly, the City of Philadelphia and its cultural institutions, welcome you to 2008 College Day Festival.

Saturday, September 27th
Museums: 10a.m. to 5p.m.
Festival Time: 2p.m. to 7p.m. (Music starts at 3pm)
Location: 2000 to 2200 blocks of the Ben Franklin Parkway
Cost: Free with college I.D. (bring $ for food)
Expected Attendance: 15,000 students

DRPA Bridge Tolls And Patco Fares Increase

Well I knew it was going to happen, but I guess I was in denial.

Well reality hit me quick, fast and hurry when I handed the toll guy three dollars and he literally jump out his booth to let me know I owe him another dollar.

You only have a few months to get use to the dollar hike, by next year they talking five dollars.

Ok where is this money going to?

Center City Restaurant Week Begins this Sunday

Center City District Restaurant Week Presented by Mercedes-Benz will take place September 14 - 19, 2008.

Participating Center City restaurants will offer a minimum of 3 courses for only $35† per person. And participating parking facilities offer diners discounted rates.

Red Bull Soapbox Race

Believe it or not, I was there in all that rain. I couldn't get best of footage due to the rain and crowds, but what I have will give you some idea of the whole excitement of the race.

Chris and I had such a great time being part of the excitement and we were fortunate enough to know someone who lives right there for a fabulous after- party. Great times!
